I’m Atta Rahman, a Mechanical Engineer turned UI/UX Designer. I focus on clarity, usability, and thoughtful interaction, building experiences that are both structurally sound and deeply human.

My approach starts with understanding people, their needs, and the context around a problem before moving into structure and visuals.
With a postgraduate diploma in Web and Mobile App Design from Langara College, I combine design thinking with hands-on technical knowledge to build practical, well-considered digital experiences.
My background in engineering and operations influences how I work. I value structure, attention to detail, and designing systems that hold up beyond a single screen.
Outside of design, I enjoy gaming, sketching ideas, and exploring Vancouver’s creative spaces for inspiration.

Through feedback and testing, I refine designs to improve usability, accessibility, and visual consistency, always keeping users at the center.

I deliver polished, developer-ready designs with detailed specs, ensuring seamless handoff and pixel-perfect implementation.
My Journey
I didn't start in design. I started with engineering, moved into real world operations, and later found my place in digital design. Each step shaped how I think, solve problems, and design experiences today.
