Startups and small businesses waste valuable time manually sorting receipts, tracking expenses, and preparing financial reports. This manual process increases the risk of errors and takes focus away from strategic growth.

The Solution
We started by understanding how small business owners manage expenses, combining user interviews, competitor research, and analysis of tools like Zoho and Expensify. We found that most existing solutions were either too complex or costly for our audience.
From there, we designed AI-powered workflows for scanning receipts, categorizing expenses, and generating reports that are intuitive and reduce friction. Real-time updates allow users to see their finances clearly, turning raw numbers into actionable insights.
The focus was not just digitizing receipts, but creating a simple, reliable system designed specifically for small teams to automate the heavy lifting, helping users feel in control and confident about their finances.
